Offset presses.  Flexographic presses. Digital press.  UV flatbed printers.  Automatic die cutters. 25 tonnes die-cutter for large parts such as 60cm x 120cm. Guillotine up to 130cm cutting width.  Automatic industrial laminators. Automatic device for the application of double-sided adhesive tape. Glue jet, allow brings adhesives with different foods attractants and pheromones.

For the traps manufacturing we have three automatic systems, in chromatic traps line production we obtain productions over 5000 traps per hour. Bridge automatic Strapping machine, thermo shrink wrap. Packaging machines Flow-pack. A laboratory for quality control. And for us most importantly, a network of friends, partners and researchers to develop new models for traps and upgrading of the existing ones.

OUR LABORATORY

We can incorporate attractive food such as bananas, papaya, pectin, fermented milk, nuts, attractants based on proteins, pheromones etc…

We are investigating the use of new attractive specific for each type of insect, not always the aromas that an insect like, persons like.

A curiosity is that years ago a very high percentage of cockroaches preferred sweet flavors and a very small percentage preferred the salty one.  By this fact sweet flavor were used as attractant for insecticide all the traps and gels.

The circumstance by the natural selection of species tastes have been turned around. Currently the percentage of cockroaches that prefer the saltiness has multiplied front that prefer the sweetness that has decreased at a minimum.

Our laboratory manufacture tablets with different attractants, for those who want to further boost the catches.

Another work that we carry out in the laboratory is the quality control of the final product and tests the durability of our traps in the most adverse situations.
